Use our online form to request access to the Curriculum Evaluation Tool for WOAH Day 1 Graduating Veterinarian Competencies.
This request form will capture some general demographic information about yourself and your institution, as well as the likely use you will have for this Evaluation Tool. Based on this information you will receive PARTIAL ACCESS or FULL ACCESS to the tool and supporting material.
Partial Access
If your interest in the Tool is only educational or academic, and you are not implementing a curricular assessment in your institution; then you will be granted access to a document containing all 19 competencies and their related 157 topics and themes included in the Evaluation Tool.
Full Access
If you are interested in performing a curricular assessment in your institution you will be granted full access to the tool and supporting material in the private section of this web site. With this access level you will be provided with:
