      How do I get access to the tool and supporting material?

      This request form will capture some general demographic information about yourself and your institution, as well as the likely use you will have for this Evaluation Tool. Based on this information you will receive PARTIAL ACCESS or FULL ACCESS to the tool and supporting material.

      If your interest in the Tool is only educational or academic, and you are not implementing a curricular assessment in your institution; then you will be granted access to a document containing all 19 competencies and their related 157 topics and themes included in the Evaluation Tool.

      If you are interested in performing a curricular assessment in your institution you will be granted full access to the tool and supporting material in the private section of this web site. With this access level you will be provided with:

      1. Instructional videos on how to implement the assessment workshop, including pre, during, and post event instructions and logistical advice.
      2. All necessary presentations to moderate the assessment workshop, which are fully harmonized with the Evaluation Tool and recommended workshop program.
      3. Instructional videos on how to analyze and interpret the data obtained.
      4. A customized link to the Digital Evaluation Tool, specific for your institution (this would be sent directly to you by email).
      5. A practice link to the Digital Evaluation Tool to be used during the training of the facilitators (also distributed by email).
